How quickly can you provide staff?
It depends on duration and scope. The earlier we know about your shutdown, the more reliably we can plan – ideally talk to us months in advance.
Do you work in shifts?
Yes. We staff to match your shifts, including nights and weekends.
Do you also communicate in English?
Yes. Inductions, meetings and reports can be held in German or English on request – important for international teams and clients.
Do you work to our site rules?
Yes. Your standards and permit procedures take priority. Where they have gaps with German law, we point this out and propose additions.
What qualifications does the deployed staff have?
We provide the certificates of the deployed persons – such as safety specialist training, SCC certificate and briefings – before the project starts.
Do you take on projects anywhere in Germany?
Yes. We work across Germany; travel and accommodation are included in our offer planning.
