Site Safety Coordination (SiGeKo)
Many site accidents happen where trades meet: the electrician works beneath the roofer, the crane swings over the scaffold, the floor layer blocks the escape route. The coordinator – “SiGeKo” in German – plans these overlaps and manages them.
Important for clients: the obligation lies with you – even if you hire contractors. You can, however, hand the task over to a qualified coordinator. That is exactly what we offer.

Frequently asked questions
I am building privately – does this apply to me?
Yes, as soon as employees of more than one firm work on your site. This also applies to single-family homes.
Can the architect do this?
Only if they have the RAB 30 qualification and the task is explicitly assigned. It is not automatically part of the design service.
When should I hire you?
Ideally during the planning phase. Safety measures can then be included in the tender rather than ordered expensively later.
What does a site coordinator cost?
It depends on construction volume, duration, number of trades and required inspection frequency. You receive a lump-sum or fee offer based on your documents.
How often is the coordinator on site?
As often as progress requires – more often in critical phases such as shell construction, roofing or demolition. Every inspection is documented.
Does the prior notice have to be displayed on site?
Yes. The prior notice must be displayed visibly on site and updated in case of significant changes.
Do you take on sites anywhere in Germany?
Yes. We coordinate construction projects across Germany and plan inspections to match the schedule.
