Safety briefings that stick
Every employer must brief employees regularly – before they start work and at least once a year after that. We run the common mandatory briefings on your premises: practical, understandable and properly documented.

Safety Briefings
A briefing explains which hazards exist at the workplace and how to protect yourself. The basis is Section 12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, plus specific rules – for example for hazardous substances, forklifts or work at height.
We brief at the real workplace instead of only with slides, include practical exercises and check understanding. For every briefing you receive a record with date, content and signature.

Frequently asked questions
How often must briefings take place?
Before work starts, when things change and at least once a year after that. Young workers must be briefed every six months.
How is a briefing documented?
With date, content, name of the person giving the briefing and signatures of the participants. You receive this record from us after every briefing.
Is a briefing by video or email enough?
General content can be delivered digitally, but the workplace-specific briefing should be in person on site – with room for questions and a comprehension check.
Can you run several briefings in one day?
Yes. For example we combine the general briefing, fire safety and ladders into one compact session – to suit your shifts.
Do you also train forklift drivers?
We run the annual briefing of drivers. For basic training with a driving licence we can arrange a suitable trainer on request.
